Rash after Waxing! Help?

I had just a little back hair which i got waxed a few days ago. But now my back is covered in what looks like pimples and some goosebumps almost. Anyone now how to get rid of this? I tried Caladryl and that didn't really seem to help I don't think. I really want to get rid of this soon because I am taking a little trip with the girlfriend and some friends to the beach for a few days. Thanks!
