Are libertarians moral-relativists just like liberals?

I'm inclined to see a difference between libertarians and "liberals" on at least some issues where their views dovetail. To take just two examples: While the former may see nothing wrong with things like abortion or homosexuality, at least they tend not to favor subsidizing them with other peoples' money. The reverse holds true in the case of "liberals."
