How do I burn all this food off in one day?!?

Okay I usually work out on a regular basis. I do p90x and insanity workouts. Followed by healthy eating. Well, today I f---ed up big time!!! I ate 3 small Gala apples. 3packs of those Lance cheese and peanutbutter cackers. 2 packs of those little debbie nutty bars. A bite of a pop eyes chicken wing. And two of their buttermilk buiscuits. That's all. But how can i burn it all off at the gym????
