What Does It Mean When Your Head Hurts, You Have A Fever, And You Have Some Trouble Peeing?!?!?

Ok so my mom has a fever. When she goes to the bathroom to pee it sometimes kind of hurts! She gets goosebumps as well. Her back hurted but she got a massage to cure it. It didn't help as much:/ Sometimes her fever last a lot then a little. She gets headaches! Please help! Tell me what you recommend for her! Medicine!?!?
