What exactly are the requirements for being attractive to females?

For those who say each one has different preferences, I don't believe that since it seems all women agree in unison that I am not attractive. So they must also agree in unison on what is attractive. Men seem to agree all the same about what women look good except for the few nutty ones. So it must be the same for women.
