Vomiting yellow bile?

i drank a couple of beers last night. i have never been a lightweight, used to drink at college, and only had 3 1/2 beers last night. i did exercise (playing some low key volley ball) and didn't eat anything. This morning i woke up with a headache, vomiting a yellow bitter substance (bile,i think), had the shakes, and was freezing cold (even had goosebumps!) even though it was 80 degrees out. What is wrong with me? Any ideas?
