What spices are in Cedar's Taboule Salad?

There is salt, I know this. But there are other spices in there which make it different from any other taboule I've tried; Cedar's recipe imbues a nutty, rich delicious flavor that is to die for. Unfortunately, it's really expensive to buy, so I'm trying to make some on my own. What are the spices they put in to give it such a great flavor?
