last week is the first time I stay away from dessert , I am doing it because my grandma had diabetic and I am afraid I probably get it if I keep up with processed sugar foods and I was trying be healthier as a vegan. But can you give me a few tips on how you withadrawal from desserts? It aint easy, I keey eyeing at my favorite dessert (Nutty Bars) I had to chew gum pretending it is dessert .
