Goosebumps when my boyfriend kisses on my neck?

Okay, so anytime my boyfriend kisses on my neck, I get goosebumps, especially on my legs. It could be when he's serious & we're getting into that mood and he's kissing on my neck or even when we're playing around & he's kissing on my neck. Either way I get goosebumps. Hmm, could this mean anything?
