Why does my body hair keep standing up randomly all the time?

my arm hair and leg hair seems to just randomly standup, it gets annoying because then it feels like something is crawling on me. reasons for my hair to do that? im not cold, so its not goosebumps. i dont have an adrenalin rush or anything. im just laying here usually or sitting down or something.
