Yeast infection 29 weeks pregnant?

I saw my dr about a week ago and explained I thought I had a yeast infection she told me she saw something in my urine and would send it away to the lab. She said she would contact me if it was anything other then yeast, and she hasn't called. She also said she didn't want to give me anything medicine wise just because nothing has been approved. Safe yet to take while pregnant. So I am supposed to wait for it to go away naturally? I am going nutty from this...any suggestions?
