Migraines, tiredness, weakness, body pains and weird body temperature?

i'm only 13, and i've been experiencing a few headaches, but a few days ago i started getting migraines, and i've become very tired and weak. and when i'm walking round my house i get very cold and shivery (even though the heating is on and my family members are warm), and i have to keep a blanket round me otherwise i'll get goosebumps. also, i can hardly walk on my legs, it hurts to put pressure on them, and i sometimes get pains in my fingers or arms, which feels like the pain is in my veins? it's weird, i haven't seen a doctor, i want to but he might not know what's wrong with me, can anyone help?
