Can I get my ssp topped up?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to get ssp topped up my girlfriend is ill and only gets 80 pound a week and I only earn 300 pound a month and its hard to find money for bills rent council tax and everythin out of that tiny bit of money so I was wondering how I go about gettin it topped up
